How do we start to design your Web site?

- Find a configuration you like that fits your budget; you can even mail yourself a copy.
- See the results on the next page; go back and try another configuration if you like.
- When you're satisfied with the result, e-mail us - we'll send a basic info/design preferences form to fill out and return.
- We will review your needs and submit an official proposal and a deposit link.
Approve our proposal; send deposit; send or e-mail photos and written content for your site
- When we receive the signed proposal, a deposit, and content and image files or photos, then we start the design process.
- By phone or e-mail we will further discuss your ideas and needs to develop an overall site design and marketing plan.
- We'll create a rough draft of a few pages and display them to you on a temporary web site.
- We will await your feedback - changes are easy at this point.
- We will e-mail back and forth until we get the general look and layout of the site.
- We then take your company logo, photos, and text, and create the needed images and content.
Approve final site; send balance
- We'll transfer the pages to the permanent hosting site and make sure everything is technically working correctly.
- With your feedback, we make the final corrections to your pages until we meet your satisfaction.
Submission Process
- We then develop a 25-word description of your business, using as many important words as possible, from a list of about 10 keywords. This text is seen only by the search engines and enables them to properly index your site.
- We'll submit your Web site to all the most popular Web search engines and directories. Currently, it takes from a few days to a few months, depending on the search engine, for them to list your site.
We will make small updates and changes to your pages for the next 3 months with no additional charge.

Domain names
Your domain name can be no longer than 67 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers), with no spaces separating the characters. All letters should be lowercase, and the only additional character that may be used is a hyphen ( - ).
When possible, it should resemble your company name,or characterize your company or products in a brief, exact, and descriptive way. It should be easy to remember accurately just from hearing it.

Maintenance
Over the next three months you can e-mail us whenever you want small changes and updates to your web pages at no additional charge. Within 2 days of receiving your e-mail, we will have made the changes and uploaded the revised pages to your host computer. |
